Who we are

Transcarpathian Enterprise Support (TES) Fund is a business promotion agency offering a wide range of skills and supports to entrepreneurs. TES is situated at the TES Park site in Ushgorod.

The aim of TES is to develop and manage innovative business support services to promote responsible entrepreneurship.

TES is an independent not for profit company, established in 1995 as TES, a private initiative, but supported by a variety of private and public sources. TES is currently actively involved in partnership projects with Tacis, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, Foundation for the Development of the Carpathian Euroregion; BC Berlin-Consult; NI-CO of Northern Ireland; and PRIMOM of Nyrigyhaza (Hungary).

TES works in three key areas, providing business support focused on the:

• on-going development and provision of a growing range of enterprise promotion services that include consultancy and advice to new and established businesses in the Transcarpathian region;
• provision of business incubator workspace; and,
• organisation of trade promotion events and the supply of information relevant to the promotion of cross-border business opportunities as well as the project development for international donor organisations.

TES Park currently comprises 9 skilled and experienced professionals providing a growing range of business promotion services. And 4 professional trainers/consultants who provide different training courses for local entrepreneurs.
