Our Vision

In our understanding successful and effective cross-border cooperation cannot rely on intermediary structures and public bodies alone, but must involve the producers, suppliers or businesses themselves. We therefore want to target those Transcarpathian SMEs interested in export, import or foreign investments, wishing to establish contacts with companies located in particular in Hungary, Poland, Romania and Slovakia. On the other hand we are offering SMEs from these countries our services if they want to do business in Transcarpathia. For that purpose TES has developed with the support of the European Commission's Tacis programme a comprehensive Cross-border Cooperation Guide for Transcarpathia. Knowing that the legal and political environment is a prerequisite for cross-border cooperation we are dedicating our efforts as well to this issue. Through practical preparatory actions and creation of forums and networks which facilitate the development of contacts on all levels we are trying to create the necessary preconditions for effective cooperation among enterprises from bordering countries.

TES has established close links and standard working practices between pro-active private and institutional partners involved in CBC activities from all neighbouring countries and is prepared to find potential partners for a wide range of cooperation requests.
