Specifically, TES currently offers the following services :

• start-up and business growth counselling and training (covering legal, taxation, company registration, financial management, accountancy and networking);
• business planning and assistance with grant/tax break support ;
• marketing and sales support consultancy (including business to business matchmaking and export-import trade assistance);
• assistance with project identification and implementation;
• provide business incubation workspace for new and recently started businesses;
• management of development programmes financed by international and domestic donors and sponsors; and,
• effective local lobbying support to assist with economic development initiatives in the Transcarpathian region.
